Current Progress
The date is October 1, 2017 and the patch is about 95% done.
The first script dump of an important file was incomplete,
now a complete script dump has been made and is currently being translated by Kirameki.
I am currently fixing formatting to some text that falls off screen, or has unwanted characters in it.
New update will come when translation of globals.bin arrives.
Patch
The patch is created using WiimmsTools and xDelta File Patcher. It can patch an ISO of Captain Rainbow to use on Backup Loader on Wii Homebrew, or Dolphin Emulator.
